Is CaterDash available in my city?
CaterDash is currently delivering throughout Metro Vancouver, encompassing areas such as Downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, as well as colleges like UBC, SFU, BCIT, among others with more cities launching soon!
How much does it cost to use CaterDash?
Utilising CaterDash does not entail any supplementary subscription fees. The cost is solely determined by the selection of food items in your order, tailored to accommodate your budget and preferences.
By when do I need to finalise my order?
Please place your order at least 48 hours before your desired delivery time to guarantee availability and meticulous preparation for your event.
Does CaterDash offer buffet-style platters or individually packed meals?
CaterDash offers the flexibility of choosing between buffet-style platters and individually packed meals according to the preferences of customers for most of the cuisines.
Does CaterDash accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate almost all dietary requirements for our customers. For patrons with specific dietary requirements, we recommend opting for individually packed meals and specifying any restrictions in the comments section during the ordering process.
Can I order multiple cuisines?
Certainly, you have the flexibility to order from multiple cuisines for your event. Please be advised that an additional delivery charge may be applicable for each additional cuisine selected.
